Processing Time

We get your order ready to ship in 1-2 business days after you place it. Weekends and holidays might add a little extra time.

Shipping Options

We’ve got two ways to get your gear to you:

1. Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping

2. Free Shipping: On orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

NOTE: We ship worldwide except to some areas in Asia and remote locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to love every piece in your rotation. If something isn’t working for your style, here’s how we make returns easy:

  • Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging

HYGIENE NOTE: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Hats & Beanies unless they’re defective. All other items in our collection (from Basic Tops to Jackets and everything in between) are eligible for return.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:

  1. Email our style squad at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
  2. Wait for our confirmation email with your RMA number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your items securely with the original packaging
  4. Ship your return to our Tucson warehouse (we’ll provide the address)
  5. Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

NOTE: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For our global streetwear family (excluding some areas in Asia):

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
