OUR RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
NOTE: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Hats & Beanies unless defective. All other items in our collection are eligible for return.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
- Email our style squad at [email protected] with your return/exchange request using the template below
- Wait for our confirmation email with your RMA number and shipping instructions
- Package your items securely with the original packaging
- Ship your return to our Tucson warehouse (address will be provided)
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new item.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For our global streetwear family (excluding some areas in Asia):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees are non-refundable
